Hello Nickel Basin Presidents
I just wanted to share some great news with you all
- The West Ferris U12A ringette team brought home
the GOLD this weekend from the Nepean Annual
Ringette Tournament!!! They won all of their games!
A first for all the team members. What an exciting
way to start the year off.

Lily Hayden and Tyler Caldwell - WRA
Grace Keenan - SRA
...represented the Nickel Basin area with pride. We
wore our Sudbury jackets as we have not gotten our
West Ferris jackets yet (come in this week as luck
would have it) and we got some confused looks LOL!
It felt great to represent the area!!!!
Thank you all for your support of these girls in
their pursuit of happiness! Your collaboration this
season has made it possible for these girls to take
part on the West Ferris U12A team. Terry Ablett,
Head Coach, has included me as a part of the bench
and I am honored to be there to stand by these girls
as they continue to grow in this awesome sport!
There will be a story run on the teams success in
the North Bay area newspapers as well as here
locally in Sudbury papers, keep an eye out for it
soon!

help with the carnival games at the
Capreol arena for Capreol Days, it was a
